Jan. 01, 1981 - Exit man Nicholas Reed appears in Court: Two leading members of Exit, the voluntary Euthanasia group, who plotted to help people commit suicide, appeared at Hendon magistrates court in North London today. They are Nicholas Reed, the 33 year old the general secretary of Exit, and 69 year-old Mark Lyons, a member of the group. Reed and Lyons are facing charges of conspiring to aid and abet the suicide of four people. Lyons is facing a charge of murder of Isabella Ward, of Acton W.
