Mar. 03, 1977 - Lord Faulkner Dies In A Hunting Accident: Lord Faulkner, former Premiere of Ulster died last Thursday in a Hunting accident. He died instantly when his favorite horse, Cannonball, fell and rolled on him. It happened at Saint-field, a village just six miles from his home, while 56-year-old Lord Faulkner was out with the County Down Staghounds.
