Feb. 02, 1981 - CLOSED SHOP GIRL JOANNA HARRIS MEETS MR PRIOR Miss Joanna Harris, 20, a council employee who faces dismissal because she has refused to join a closed shop Met Mr Prior, Employment Secretary last night. Earlier she had refused to attend a meeting with officials of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council at which she expected to be sacked.
