Mr. Reginald Prentice. 46 former Minister of Overseas Development, who was appointed Minister of State at the enlarged Ministry of Technology on Sunday, has resigned. Mr. Prentice made a powerful speech about the need for increased allocations of aid to undeveloped countries as the Party conference at Brighton last week.
