Oct. 10, 1969 - Mr. Reginald Prentice, 46, former Minister of Overseas Development, who was appointed Minister of State at the enlarged Ministry of Technology on Sunday, has resigned. Mr. Prentice made a powerful speech about the need for increased allocations of aid to undeveloped countries at the Party conference at Brighton last week.
