Oct. 10, 1969 - Uproar At Today's Special Meeting Of The Pergamon Press Shareholders: Mr. Robert Maxwell, millionarie Labour MP and head of the Pergamen Press Publisghing empire, caused a sensation at the shareholder's meeting at the Cannaught Rooms, London, today when he revelead that the Merchant bankers N.M. Rethschild, acting for Leasse Data Processing of America, had obtained an injuction to prevent him from adjourning the meeting. Ther meetin had been called to vote an resolutions proposed by Pergamen Press to conform Mr. Maxwell an the head, but customer-proposals by Rothschild sought to remove the whole Pergmen board and susbstitute Leasee men.
