April 11, 1943 - Berlin, Germany - A group of unmarried mothers at a home where perfect Aryan youngsters were produced in Nazi Germany. The place was one of several Lebensborn homes set up by Heinrich Himmler's dreaded SS to care for unmarried pregnant women whose racial characteristics fit the Nazis Aryan ideal. During the 12-year history of the Third Reich, roughly 10, 000 infants were born in Lebensborn homes in Germany
