Jul. 07, 1969 - Unveiling Of Churchill Statue At Westerham: Lady Spencer Churchill and members of her family, today saw Sir Robert Menzies, Lord Warden of the Cinque Parts unveil a statue of Sir Winston Churchill on Westerham Green, Kent. The statue, by Mr. Oscar Nenon, looks towards Chartwell Manor, less than two miles away, where Sir Winston lived for about 40 years.
