Dec. 12, 1961 - ANTI-BOMB DEMONSTRATORS OFFICE RAIDED BY SCOTLAND YARD SPECIAL BRANCH: The Scotland Yard Special Branch today raided and searched the offices of the anti-nuclear warfare Committee of 100 in London. The raid took place three days before the group plans a non-violent invasion of the NATO H-bomb base at Wethersfield, Essex.
