Marshall who is President of the Bourbon Institute in America, is over here to promote bourbon whisky already America's national drink to rank alongside Scotch as one of the world's two great whiskies. He gave a Press Conference this evening at Claridge's Hotel, London. After a distinguished career in World War II, he recently retired as Director of the US Navy's Division of Material.
