Jun. 06, 1968 - The Vietnam Peace Talks Resume in Paris: The peace talks between Hanoi and Washington were resumed once again in Paris. Mr. Averell Harriman head of American delegation to the Vietnam peace talks, warned North Vietnam that the continuous shelling of Saigon could have the most serious consequences on the talks.
