Viktor Bubanj
Aug 09, 1975 - London, England, UK - Viktor Bubanj ( 1918 - 1972 ) In 1939, Bubanj was recruited and sent on 15 February 1940 to school for reserve air force officers. His training took place in Pancevo and then on the month of flying in Nish. He returned to Fuzina on 15 February 1941. Bubanj joined preparations for uprising. In march 1944 by orders from Supreme Headquarters he turned over command of his brigade to Milan Rustanberg. In April he arrived in Italy moved to Africa in late May and finally in July he arrived to pilot school in Krasnodor in Soviet Union were he remained until September 1945
