Apr. 18 Emperor-Daughter Victoria Luise Died: In the age of 88 years, on december 11th. 1980 the only daughter of the last German Emperor, Victoria Luise, died of a heart complaint. In september of this year, the formerly dutchess of Braunschweig and Luneburg was already taken to the hospital Friederikenstift in Hannover/West Germany with an inflammation of the lungs and didn't recover from this illness. The dutchess was the mother of five children, - under all of Friederike, the formerly Queen of Greece- 14 times grandmother and seven times great-grandmother. At the funeral service in the Braunschweiger Dom on december 18th. the whole European aristocracy will farewell to the emperor daughter.
