Jul. 07, 1987 - Vivien Leigh meets millionaire Felix Fenston to discuss the future of St. James's Theatre; Miss Vivien Leigh met Mr. Felix Fenston, of Mayflower II fame, yesterday. They met because Miss Leigh wants St. James's theatre to stay, and Mr. Fenston, who has bought the site for a block of offices. plans to demolish it. The meeting was arranged by sculptress Miss Fiore de Henriques at her home in Cadogan Place. After the discussion Miss Leigh went along to St. James's Theatre and met stage electrician Fred Hicks and told him the theater is not coming down. But at the home of Mr. Fenston there was a different story. He said I can see no Alternative economically to building a block of offices on the St. James'd site.
