Sep. 09, 1967 - RUSSIAN ENVOY FLIES TO SEE GROMYKO OVER KIDNAP AFFAIR. Russia's top envoy, charge d'affaires VLADILLEV VASEV, will today discuss with the Soviet Foreign Minister, Mr GROMYKO, the affair of the Russian who was taken from a Soviet airliner at London Airport by British police on Saturday. He flew to Scotland last night where he will meet Mr GROMYKO when the Soviet Foreign Minister's plane calls at Prestwick airport on his way to a UN meeting in New York.
