Jan. 01, 1966 - The World's Biggest Radio-Telescope will be errected in North-Rhine-Westfalia. The district has already promised a financial help. The mirror will have a diameter of 90 meters - as comparison to this: the radio telescope at the Stockert in the Eiffel which was till now considered as superlative, has a diameter of 25 meters. A general view about this planned project gives an exhibition of North-Rhine-Westfalia, which is called Today and Tomorrow, and which was opened in these days in the District Museum People and Economy in Dusseldorf by Prime Minister Dr. Meyers
