Weather
Sep. 09, 1965 - An very ungrateful job: the meterological observers and the weather-forecast had this summer. Again and again the weather services in the whole Federal Republic of Germany had to answer question of people which would spend their holidays and made inquiries about the sunshine. At the most time the metereologists had to answer such questions in the negative - it means rain threats'. The young lady on our picture which controls the rain-gauges everytime had full reservoirs and many work. At the sunny side of the weather station it was very quiet for the most part. Also the sun-autographs of the weather-station in Essen were not able to bring more sunshine to light, the measuring tape had only few gangrenous spots caused by solar radiation. (appendage)
