Feb. 29 Atom-Age Shipwrights; Hooded, gloved and overalled, welders work on compoents for H.M.S. Dreadnought, Britain's nuclear submarine launched last October by Queen Elizabeth. They are in the clean room at Baroow-inFurness, England, specially built to ensure that certain processes for the sub can be carried out in conditions of extreme cleanliness.
