Oct. 10, 1966 - Three Who Joined The Enemy'.: At some point in the future an irascible M.C.O. poring over the pictures of his prede in the Sergeants Mass of the Irish Guards is going to bawl let them perishing Jacks in ere'. Or words to that effect. Meaning the three blameless chaps in this picture sporting the tarr hat band of the Scots Guards. So it had better be explained that the alien sergeants appear because they and their platoon of Scots Guards are flying off to Aden next week with the 1st. Battalion of the Irish Guards. Meanwhile, the Irishmen had some unfinished business to attend to yesterday. There was what they call the laying up of their old colours in the Guards chapel, and there was their Colonel, Field Marshall Lord Alexander, to receive at Chelsca Barracks. Since group photograph are on inescapable part of the Colonel's visit, the man they call Mr. Marshal was called in. Actually his name is Fredrick Hallyer
