May 24, 1957 - 24-5-57 Television lovelies rehearse by the river. B.B.C. Pleasure Boat series Three lovely young ladies are busy on the river at Maidenhead, rehearsing for the new B.B.C. Television show Pleasure Boat series, starting on May 31st. They are June Wilkinson (17) of Eastbourne, Rita Joyce (20) of Shepherd Bush and Anette Donati (20) of Leeds. With three others they will cruise down the river accompanied by Kenneth Horne, Michael Holliday and George Martin.
