Nov. 14, 1962 - Mrs. Carmen Ydigoras de Mc Garvie Munn, Guatamala's ambassador to France. First woman ambassador to be recognized as such at the Elysee Palace. She has two children, a son who is studying in England, and a 6-year-old girl named Maria Theresa de Boyaca, because she was born in Colombia the day of the battle of Botaca.
