Workers demonstrate for strike in East Berlin, Germany
Rebellion of the people in East Berlin. At noon on June 16th there were riots and demonstrations in East Berlin. Workers and clerks left their working places and marched in long columns before the seat of the Soviet zonal government in Leipzig Street. They challenge their fellow workers for a general strike.
