Fireman from Massey Shaw reunited with family, WW2

A London fireman, who volunteered to crew the London Fire Brigade's fireboat Massey Shaw, is reunited with his daughter after returning from the Dunkirk evacuations of late May and early June 1940. After disembarking at the Lambeth river station a reception was held at Fire Brigade Headquarters Lambeth for the volunteers and their families
