LCC-LFB Bishopsgate fire station, City of London
Opened in 1910 at 162 Bishopsgate, the new Bishopsgate fire station replaced the former one built in 1863 which stood at 23 Bishopsgate. The spare escape ladder stands to the side of the station. It remained open until 1964 when it was shut down, together with Red Cross Street fire station, on the opening of the new Barbican fire station
