Scaling ladder rescue drill demonstration, WW2
The position in which a line is attached to a scaling ladder in order to perform a rescue from the upper floors of a building. The knot used is a fireman's chair knot and the loops are placed over the ends of the scaling ladder in such a way as to secure the casualty to the ladder
