Isidore Gluckstein, director of J. Lyons & Co
Sir Isidore Salmon (1876-1941), co-founder of Salmon and Gluckstein Tobacconists which evolved into the J. Lyons catering empire. Salmon was manager and director of the J. Lyons at the time this photograph was taken (1909), then managing director in 1910 and later chairman in 1929. He was elected Conservative MP for Harrow in 1924
