Prince Ferdinand of Saxe-Coburg (1816-1885), later Fernando II of Portugal, consort of Queen Dona Maria II of Portugal. Ferdinand was a cousin of Queen Victoria who sketched this portrait of him in 1836 when he was twenty years old
