Brother and Sister with fine Go-cart
A small boy (driving) and his elder sister (standing) with their fantastic homemade Go-cart, seemingly constructed out of fruit boxes supported on the chassis of a former large upright pram. The Go-cart is decorated with small Union Jack flags - could this be for Victoria's Diamond Jubilee of 1897?
