The Flying Squad by Edgar Wallace at the Lyceum Theatre in London, 1928. The drawing is of Peggy O'Neil as Ann Perryman and features her autograph as well as the author. The play offered "traffickers in drugs, resolute cold-blooded creatures armed with silent pistols and safeguarded in their nefarious haunts by trap-doors giving access to murky waters, armies of rats and sudden death".
