Joe Elvin (29 November 1862 - 3 March 1935) is known today only to music hall buffs, but was famous enough in his day to be included in the series of drawings of music hall stars which Stanley Cock made for Davidson Bros. Pictorial Cards. Joe Elvin is remembered today as being a founder of the show business charity The Grand Order of Water Rats
