King Rene's Daughter by W G Wills

Promotional postcard for King Rene's Daughter by W. G. Wills. First produced as "Iolanthe" Lyceum Theatre, 29th May 1880. Dorothea Baird is shown as the blind girl, whose sight is miraculously restored. Although her husband, H. B. Irving was playing one of his father's old parts, hers was for once the meatier role.
