First produced Prince of Wales Theatre, 11th April 1923.The play depicts an Anglo-American culture clash, in which a wealthy Anglophobic American shoe manufacturer arrives in London to discover his son is marrying the daughter of British aristocrats. Flyer touring to Theatre Royal, Nottingham, 17th March 1924. The wheel has been turned to show the phrase This Was Hiram Draper's Idea of English Aristocrats
