Martin Harvey as David Garrick by Tom Robertson
David Garrick by Tom Robertson (9 January 1829 - 3 February 1871). First produced at the Prince of Wales in Birmingham, April 1864 and at the Haymarket, on 30th April 1864. Martin Harvey (22 June 1863 - 14 May 1944) is shown as Garrick. The artist Charles Buchel (1872-1950) has signed the gold frame around the portrait. Touring to the Opera House in Leicester on 10th February 1919. The week's productions, as advertised on the reverse, also included "A Cigarette Maker's Romance" and "Rosemary"
