Marian Longstreth Thayer - Titanic Survivor
Marian Longstreth Thayer (1872-1944) - American socialite and survivor of the RMS Titanic disaster. Along with her husband John Borland Thayer II, son John Borland "Jack" Thayer III and maid Margaret Fleming, Thayer was a passenger on the maiden voyage of the Titanic when it struck an iceberg on April15, 1912. Marian, Jack III, and Fleming survived the collision, but John II died
