Mikhail Ivanovich Tereschenko, Russian politician and financier, seen here in August 1917. In this year he was appointed Finance Minister of the Russian Provisional Government, then Foreign Minister. Later that year he was arrested and imprisoned owing to political differences. He escaped in 1918 and left for Norway, and later France
