London Territorial regiments at the start of WWI

Just before the British Army was mobilised following the outbreak of World War I, a number of London Territorial regiments were on their war to camp for their annual training when they were ordered to return and remain within reach of their headquarters. In this photograph, one of these regiments assembled under such circumstances in Dean's Yard, Westminster. A few days later, all were called up to war
