Ovation for General Urquiza and General Lopez 1860
A crowd of people cheer and clap as the carriages carrying general Lopez and general Urquiza ride past. They had been integral to the negotiation of the Treaty of San Jose de Flores, which reunited the state of Buenos Aires back into the Argentine Confederation. The treaty was signed 11th November 1859, but the amendments were not approved by the consitutional convention until 14th September, 1860
