Sir Charles Palmer
Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Baronet (1822 - 1907), English shipbuilder born in South Shields, Tyne and Wear (county Durham), England. He founded Palmers Shipbuilding and Iron Company in 1852. He was also a Liberal Party politician and Member of Parliament. Caption: Shipping
