Sir Joseph Lyons
Sir Joseph Lyons (1847 - 1917), caterer, Chairman of J Lyons and Co from 1887 until the year he died. He was knighted in 1911. The company was well known for its Joe Lyons Corner Houses, ie cafes and tea shops
