Woman wearing a white shirt and striped tie being fitted with her policewoman's uniform. The policewomen's uniform was updated in 1931, when a white shirt and tie were introduced, the hat badge became smaller and shoes replaced boots. (See also 11007563, 11007565 and 11007566.)
