Within the wreath, in gilding metal, a tiger passant gardant facing dexter upon a ground. Above the tiger a white metal rose upon the centre of which is a smaller, gilding metal rose, and surmounted by a white metal coronet of a sovereign?s child. Reverse bears two horizontally placed copper loop fittings and a brass split pin, apparently replacing an earlier slider fitting
