Beerenberg (Bear Mountain), Jan Mayen Island
Beerenberg is a stratovolcano which forms the northeastern end of the Norwegian island of Jan Mayen and is a part of Kingdom of Norway. It was used as a whaling base by the Dutch. The last eruption was in 1985
