Colonial passengers in a rickshaw outside Acland House, Colombo Commercial Co Ltd, Lillie Street, Colombo, Ceylon (Sri Lanka). The house was used as residence for visiting heads of state and local government ministers. It is now called Visumpaya, and is the Prime Minister's official residence
