HMS D2 - D-class submarine
HMS D2 - one of eight D-class submarine built for the Royal Navy, launched in 1910. The D-class submarines were designed as improved and enlarged versions of the preceding C class, with diesel engines replacing the dangerous petrol engines used earlier. Sunk on 25th Novermber 1914 by a German Torpedo Boat
