Opera Square with Ibrahim Pasha statue and the Khedivial Opera House in Cairo, Egypt. Ibrahim Pasha of Egypt was the second ruler of the Khedivate instituted by the Muhammad Ali dynasty. The Khedivial Opera House was opened 1869 and burnt down in 1971
