The administrative block (sited in the Old Hall) of the Monyhull Colony, Birmingham. The colony, for Sane Epileptics and Feeble Minded Persons, was opened in 1908 by the Birmingham, Aston and King's Norton Poor Law Unions. The site later became Monyhull Hall Hospital
