Erdington Cottage Homes Girls Hockey Team
Girls 1926-27 hockey team at Erdington Homes, Birmingham. The homes were opened in 1899 by the Aston Union to house pauper children away from the main workhouse which occupied an adjacent site. The girls are in their playing kit with their hockey sticks
