Greenwich Union Cottage Homes, Sidcup, Kent
Interior of swimming baths at The Hollies, the Greenwich and Deptford Union cottage homes site at Lamorbey, near Sidcup, Kent. Some boys are in the water and others are preparing to dive as two teachers watch. The homes were opened in 1902 to house pauper children away from the workhouse. The children were housed in 24 cottages under the supervision of house parents
