Lancaster County Asylum, Quernmore Road, Lancaster
The Lancaster County Lunatic Asylum was established at Quernmore Road, Lancaster Moor in 1816. It later became Lancaster County Mental Hospital and after 1948 was renamed Lancaster Moor Hospital
