South-Western Hospital, Stockwell, London
Ward blocks at the South Western Fever Hospital, opened in 1871 on Landor Road, Stockwell. With facilities for fever and smallpox patients, it was the second hospital erected by the Metropolitan Asylums Board, which in 1869 became responsible for certain classes of the sick poor in metropolitan London. In recent years the site became Lambeth Hospital
